Tell me what's
coming up.
A few lines is enough. I read every message myself and reply with what I think the actual problem is — including when that means telling you a session wouldn't help.
Or just email me
hello@chadenhite.com reaches the same inbox as the form. There's no assistant, no ticketing system and no phone line — this is a one-person practice and I'd rather keep the first exchange in writing.
What happens next
- I read it myself, usually replying within a couple of working days
- You get my read on what the real problem is, and what a first session would cover
- If I'm not the right person, I'll say so and point you somewhere more useful
- Nothing is booked or charged until scope and rate are agreed in writing
Useful things to include
- The conversation you're preparing for, and roughly when it is
- What you've already tried, and how it went
- Any feedback you've been given, even the vague kind
- Your time zone, so a first suggestion isn't at 3am
If you're in distress or dealing with something that needs urgent support, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service. Coaching isn't the right help for that, and I'd rather say so here than in a reply days later.
